NGC Digital Ltd ("NGC Digital"), values your privacy. This policy (to be read together with NGC Digital's Terms of Use) explains how NGC Digital collects, uses, shares, transfers, and retains Customers' and Users' personal information when they use NGC Digital's Products. By using NGC Digital's platform, the Customer and its Users consent to this Policy. If the Customer does not agree, it should not use NGC Digital's System and/or Products.

NGC Digital provides Agentic AI products for the use of its customers and their end users, for the benefit of better engagement of end users, management, analytics, monetization and conversational engagement.

1. Information NGC Digital Collects

NGC Digital collects information to provide and improve its Products:

Identity & Contact Information: Name, email, phone number;
Profile & Social Network Data: Public profile information the Users choose to connect (e.g., username, profile picture);
Community Content: Posts, comments, messages, photos, videos, and other interactions;
Usage Data: Platform activity, pages visited, features used, session times;
Technical Data: IP address, device type, browser, operating system, and approximate location;
Sensitive Data: NGC Digital does not actively collect sensitive personal data. If Users voluntarily share sensitive information, they do so at their own discretion; NGC Digital handles such data securely where reasonably possible;

Automated Decision-Making & AI

NGC Digital uses AI for personalization and insights. Users may object to automated decisions with legal or significant effects and request human review. AI insights are informational and not professional advice. No data is scraped for AI training without consent.

3. How NGC Digital Shares Your Information

NGC Digital shares information only as necessary:

Service providers: cloud hosting, payment processing, support. Bound by contract to use data only for service delivery;
Advertisers & Marketplace Vendors: Only with your explicit consent; opt-in required;
Legal & Compliance: Law enforcement, court orders, regulatory obligations;
Affiliates & Advisors: For legitimate business or legal purposes;
Potential Buyers or Investors: In mergers or sales, with notice where required;

NGC Digital does not sell personal data without consent. All transfers comply with GDPR, SCCs or adequacy rules (e.g., Israel).

4. International Transfers

Transfers to the U.S, if applicable, are governed by EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs 2021/914). Transfers to Israel rely on the EU Adequacy Decision. Appropriate technical and organizational measures are applied (encryption, access control, logging, monitoring).

5. Customer and Users' Rights

Right to lodge a complaint with a local supervisory authority;

For California / U.S. Users (CPRA/CCPA)

Right to know the categories and sources of personal info;

NGC Digital uses the following:

Essential Cookies: Required for platform operation;
Functional, Analytics, Marketing Cookies: Require consent via banner or browser settings;

7. Data Retention

NGC Digital retains personal data only as long as necessary:

Financial Data: Up to 7 years (tax/legal);
User Profiles: 1 year following agreement termination;
Interactions registered via NGC Digital's products: Until deleted by user or 1 year following agreement.

Data no longer required is securely deleted.

8. Children's Privacy

NGC Digital's Products are not intended for users under the age of 18. If NGC Digital learns of personal information collected from minors without parental consent, NGC Digital will delete such information.

9. Security Measures

NGC Digital implements industry-standard encryption, access controls, monitoring, and audits. Breaches are reported promptly to affected users and authorities as required (including Israel Privacy Protection Authority, GDPR, and applicable U.S. law).

User Content: Users are responsible for their content;
Third-Party Links: NGC Digital is not responsible for external privacy practices;
User-Shared Data: Sharing at your own risk;
